High Prairie Services (HPS) provides IT services to a Government customer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, with a diverse team of professionals aligned throughout various work streams. HPS is currently seeking qualified Senior System Administrator support, with specific knowledge of Identity, Credentials & Access Management (ICAM) System Administration. This position provides ICAM administration support for workstations and servers both on-prem, virtual and cloud environments providing support for services including but not limited to Microsoft Active Directory, Keycloak, and Management Attribute Store for Entitlements (MASE), based on multiple networks and Government Cloud architectures adhering to the command’s, DoD and USAF best practices. Responsibilities :
- Maintain administer, and update ICAM products, applications, and services; build, maintain, and administer servers; develop change plans for modifications; and provide information assurance, server, virtualization and storage support.
- Monitor ICAM infrastructure health and status.
- Provide end-to-end support of ICAM on-prem and cloud architectures including but not limited to network ports, DNS entries, TCP / IP configuration control, Domain Name Service (DNS) and administration and configuration integrated with Windows, Linux operating systems.
- Be knowledgeable with the implementation, configuration and use of Public Key Infrastructure [PKI], Certificates, Certificate Authorities (CAs) and Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs).
- Possess knowledge of cyber methods including but not limited to Firewalls, demilitarized zones and encryption.
- Participate in the analysis, planning and recommendations on the feasibility of installing modifications or acquiring new systems, equipment or both.
- Perform test and implementation of vendor-supplied modifications to existing systems and the installation and relocation of equipment with organizations on or supported by the base IT function.
- Participate in the preparation of plans and procedures and documentation for use by IT and telecommunications technicians and operations personnel; and recommend revision of operating procedures as necessary.
- Actively participate in team project reporting utilizing Agile / Kanban and Hybrid Methodologies where appropriate.
- Monitor and resolve Service tickets documenting all information to include steps taken to resolve and customer communications in the ticket, ensuring ticket resolution is completed according to the command’s policy.
- Ensure compliance with USAF and DIA directives, including Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNOs); Information Assurance, Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs); Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG’s); and Intelligence Community Vulnerability Alerts (ICVAs).
- Participate and provide input for quarterly Sprint planning, weekly Sprint reviews and quarterly Sprint Retrospectives.
- Develop and document end-to-end test plans that ensure full functionality of all configuration changes to the environment generating before-after reports.
- Assist in development of local processes and infrastructure as code to ensure consistent updates, along with on-linked hourly, daily, monthly backups of critical source files.
- Document installations, removals, and change requests using the customer’s Configuration Control Review (CCR) process according to the network impacted; gather technical information in support of the CCR process to include software updates, license software changes, and updates to applications; submit a CCR request documenting the change and receiving approval prior to completing the modification.
- Provide monthly functional area reports summarizing work accomplished, work planned in next month and important issues occurring during the month. OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS :
- This position operates on a standard 8 hour schedule Monday - Friday.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent plus eight (8) years of IT experience or Bachelors Degree plus (6) years of IT experience.
