What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Revenue Growth Management position at High Profile, Inc.?
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Director of Revenue Growth Management, where you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing pricing, menu mix, and sales forecasting strategies to drive sustainable growth. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility while staying connected with key stakeholders across the business.
With 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years with a Master’s, the ideal candidate has spent at least five years in a senior finance role within a $500M consumer products company. Experience in M&A and/or Banking (cash flow underwriting) is preferred, as is a track record of navigating complex financial landscapes to support business objectives.
This role requires deep collaboration across the organization, working closely with leadership, Finance (FP&A) and Marketing teams. You’ll also engage with franchise leadership groups and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key initiatives. Your ability to support national promotions, steer growth strategies, oversee sales forecasting and analysis, drive pricing and digital leadership will be instrumental in the company’s success.
Success in this role requires exceptional project management skills, a strong strategic mindset, and the ability to execute a vision that aligns with broader organizational goals. The right candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments, and willing to be in the trenches to drive initiatives forward. The ability to pivot when needed, think critically, and maintain a humble but confident approach is key to thriving in this role.
