Duties Include:
Painting and drywall repairs
Make Ready/Turning Residential Units
Daily Upkeep and maintenance
Basic Electrical Plumbing Knowledge
Light Cleaning
Basic Computer Skills
Experience Needed: 1-2 Years of Maintenance
Must have a valid driver's license
Wage Range based on experience 19-23.00
During work hours, a vehicle will be provided to individuals with a clean and valid driver's license.
High Property Management is looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to think on their feet. This job requires basic customer service skills and the ability to work with others in a sometimes fast-paced atmosphere. This individual will be responsible for the daily Upkeep of more than 200 units in two cities, Cedar Falls and Waterloo. 1-2 years of maintenance experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
