We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Account and E-commerce Assistant to provide essential assistance to our sales team and E-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales department, as well as assisting with various duties involved in running our E-commerce operations. - Assist E-commerce administration by fielding customer service inquiries, ensuring accurate inventory, following up with customers on order discrepancies, and streamlining organizational processes.
- Assist sales teams with administrative tasks by providing contracts, invoices, and other materials through Whatsapp.
- Respond to sales rep inquiries and provide necessary assistance for operations to flow smoothly.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for various business projects.
- Support the sales team in lead generation activities, including research and outreach.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- E-commerce and graphic design experience is desirable.
