Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in assigned territories to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Utilize Sales Rabbit or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
  • Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.

Pay: $1.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
