">This will involve reviewing bid documents, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs are included. You will also develop comprehensive and competitive project proposals, actively engaging with prospective clients to discuss project requirements and showcase company capabilities.
">In addition, you will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional low-voltage solutions during the bidding process. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with estimating software is a plus.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Proven experience as a Project Estimator in low-voltage systems, including security, access control, CCTV, IP cameras, VMS, intercoms, and VoIP, is essential.
">A strong understanding of construction industry standards and low-voltage system design is required. You must also possess exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
">Additionally, you will need to be able to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyze job costing reports and provide accurate estimations for added scopes.
