Job Summary
Patrol building premises both inside and outside. Creating incident reports, reviewing cameras, answering alarms and investigating disturbances. Deliver resident packages as needed. Report all maintenance issues. Contacting police or fireman for emergencies as needed. Computer knowledge is a plus. Excellent customer service and be able to help cover shifts as needed. Attention to details and a team player.
Qualifications and Skills
Bilingual - English & Spanish
High School Diploma
Security License helpful, unarmed position.
