This position requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Duties
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze needs/requirements and present appropriate solutions face-to-face with clients.
- Track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Engage in and retain information from development meetings in the office daily.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.
Experience
- Skilled in analyzing data and market trends to inform sales strategies preferred, but not required
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in leadership roles is a plus
- Comfortability with face-to-face interactions
- Previous role(s) in sales, consulting, or customer service preferred
