Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities

- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
- Familiarity with construction software such as Raken and Blue Beam
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets
