Key Responsibilities
Lead virtual casting sessions and callbacks for commercial advertising projects, managing talent evaluation through video conferencing platforms
Develop and maintain a diverse digital talent database, ensuring representation across demographics
Collaborate remotely with creative team, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into casting decisions
Source and screen talent submissions through digital platforms, social media, and talent agencies
Coordinate with talent agencies and representatives to negotiate rates and availability

Create and distribute detailed breakdowns for upcoming projects

Required Qualifications
