- Salary Range: Administrative Salary Grade One - $125,567-$156,959 (to be adjusted for 2025-2026)

Partner with the School Resource Officer and campus safety teams to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Support and guide staff by conducting observations, coaching, and offering leadership in behavior interventions.
Supervise and lead the Campus Safety team, ensuring professional development and effective scheduling.
Supervises and evaluates Attendance Assistants.
Be a visible, positive presence in hallways, common areas, and school events.
Serve as a key resource for student discipline, working to implement fair and effective interventions.
Assists in supervising evening and weekend school-related events, specifically all home football games and dances.
Facilitate reentry meetings and serve as a leader in student support initiatives.
Supervises and evaluates Attendance Assistants.
Serves as a facilitator for the Solution Finding Team.
Champion equity and inclusion, ensuring all policies and practices reflect our commitment to student success.

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with General Administrative Endorsement
Strong understanding of Positive Behavior Interventions (PBIS) & Response to Intervention (RTI)
Knowledge of attendance and behavior procedures under Illinois State School Code
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A passion for student success and a commitment to equity in education
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 195-day assignment
