- Planning and leading organized, efficient, and purposeful practices focused on skill development and team strategy.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and supervising assistant coaches.
- Establishing and maintaining open lines of communication with the community, parents, players, and administration.
- Collaborating with athletic trainers and support staff to prioritize athlete health, safety, and well-being.
