What You’ll Do

Drive financial strategy – Assists the Associate Superintendent for Business Services in budgetary planning and development, and with treasurer's duties related to the Wheeling Township Treasury Intergovernmental Agreement.
Enhance operational efficiency – Oversee payroll, purchasing, insurance programs, employee benefits and transportation.
Ensure compliance – Perform internal audits and uphold data privacy regulations.
Serve as district's Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) privacy compliance officer.

What We’re Looking For
Master’s Degree or equivalent graduate training, major in educational administration, business management, accounting, or related discipline
Proven leadership experience in business services, finance, or school operations.
Strong understanding of budget management, payroll, and accounting.
Ability to navigate complex regulations and ensure compliance.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 12-month assignmentProven leadership experience in business services, finance, or school operations.

SALARY: Administrative Salary Range - $148,168 - $185,210 to be adjusted for 2025-2026
