New Hope Solebury School district is seeking a Head Coach for the Boys Lacrosse Team.
The Boys Lacrosse Coach is responsible for leading and developing a successful lacrosse program that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and skill development. The coach will oversee all aspects of team preparation, including planning practices, developing game strategies, and fostering player growth on and off the field. Duties include:
- Organizing and conducting practices, games, and team activities.
- Teaching fundamental skills, tactics, and strategies of lacrosse.
- Promoting positive character development, discipline, and respect among players.
- Ensuring player safety and adherence to school, league, and state athletic guidelines.
- Collaborating with school staff, parents, and athletic administration to support team needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of lacrosse, prior coaching experience, and the ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes in a competitive environment.
PA state Clearances are a requirement of this position.
