We are a district that serves over 6,000 students and employs 725 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Head Girls Swim & Dive coach will oversee our girls swim & dive program. This includes advising, coordinating and supporting the participants for the girls swim & dive team as well as helping to build a competitive schedule and coordination of invitationals. The coach will also work with the swim & dive booster club who works to support the swim & dive program.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience coaching and/or participation in swim & dive.
Start date: August, 11 2025 (Offseason duties would start immediately upon hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30-6:00. Some Saturday and evening meets.
Stipend Starting Salary Range: $6,382.33-$7,010.57, according to Group 1 of Schedule C of the Certified Master Contract 2023-2025.
Benefits: No benefit eligibilty, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
