Rankin ISD is a small 1-A school in West Texas with excellent facilities, competitive compensation, and Teacher Incentive Allotment Designation. The District contributes $800.00 per month toward health insurance, low rent school housing, 6% matching annuity, annual bonus of $6,000, a $40,000.00 Life Insurance Policy paid for by the district, and a school Daycare program.
