High Side Technology is looking to hire an Information Systems Security Engineer, who will identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with relevant security controls. You will also provide weekly project updates on progress, challenges, and concerns.
In this role, youll analyze and resolve complex security issues, leveraging your expertise in cloud, network, and security technologies. Your curiosity for emerging trends will drive research and innovation in security solutions. With your AWS experience, youll assess threats, implement infrastructure controls, and lead security initiatives to protect critical national security networks.
What Youll Work On :
- Develop relationships quickly and easily with other teams, communicating the complexities of security with a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
- Implement infrastructure and cybersecurity controls, including enhanced detection and vulnerability capabilities and improved event correlation in large enterprises.
- Perform risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application areas.
- Leverage big data analytics and traditional security event types to identify advanced threats or indicators of compromise.
