Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Budtenders to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive and informative experience for our customers. We are looking for both full-time and part-time candidates who are reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence in the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet all customers with a friendly smile and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding cannabis products and services. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Be able to explain product effects, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and dust-free. Regularly perform cleaning tasks and ensure the store is presentable at all times.
- Task Management: Complete any assigned task sheets accurately and on time. Be proactive in identifying and addressing any tasks that need attention, even if not explicitly assigned.
- Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethics and integrity. Make the right decisions and uphold company values, even when unsupervised.
- Reliability: Ensure all daily duties are completed before the end of your shift. Punctuality and reliability are crucial; adhere to scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
- Physical Requirements: Be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing over 25lbs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Cash Handling Experience: Proven experience in handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Cannabis Industry Credentials: Valid credentials and certifications required to work in the marijuana industry.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Punctuality: Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
