Duties will include (but not limited to)
- Responsible for sales and patient experience by maintaining a tidy, safe and inviting store environment.
- Greet patients warmly when they enter
- Educates patients on all varieties of cannabis and cannabis-infused products in the store and phone calls
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately with correct discount(s)
- Maintain knowledge of current products, sales & promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations in a professional manner
- Accurately use and maintain our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Restock inventory
- Clean shelves, organize product; maintain organized efficient workspace
- Must be able/willing to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening and holiday shifts. We are open 24/7, 365
- Requires extended periods of standing
- Requires extensive keyboard work for product entry
- Requires bending and reaching into inventory storage bins
- Requires twisting
- Requires lifting 10-20 lbs.
- Other duties assigned by the Management Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
