Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- First point of contact with General Contractors and collaborate with Operations.
- Manage assigned projects based on either volume or revenue.
- Review job plans for specific equipment and materials, ensuring on hand and available (job takeoffs).
- Review with engineering on work performed or to be performed, confirming quantities and verifying requirements.
- Read and understand plans and provisions for traffic control needs.
- Assist in resolving quantity differences working with the Billing and Contracts department.
- Create work order job tickets for Operations based upon customer calls and expectations.
- Process utility company requests through the JULIE Call System.
- Take calls from company drivers regarding work order questions (trouble shoot issues that arise on job sites).
- Respond to urgent and/or daily calls from contractors for assigned work or other services.
- Schedule inhouse work orders and hand them off to production for execution.
- Utilizing the Barricade order system, create project specific work order tickets.
- Other projects and initiatives that drive organizational goals and results.

Education, Certifications & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management or similar discipline preferred, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years project management experience in Highway, Construction or Service-related industry.
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Project Management software desired.

- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work in sensitive and confidential situations.
- Prior experience working under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
