The Front Desk Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating office activities with the Senior Administrative Coordinator and site leadership teams. In addition, this individual will be responsible for accurate data entry, report generation, and event planning and coordination for our manufacturing operations in Lancaster PA.
This is a front desk position. Your outgoing personality and ability to interact with others will help you to succeed in this role.
This is a 1st-shift opportunity, working Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with flexibility needed to come in early to provide support for off-shift special events.

Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors to the plant and work with managers to provide necessary safety gear for visitors
- Accurately enter data into operations systems and generating reports from that information
- Manage office supplies and orders for the plants
- Assist in organizing all coworker functions
- Provide admin support to the plant manager and their leadership team
- High School diploma or GED required. Post secondary education preferred.
- 1-3 years experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing office environment required, preferably in a front desk capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office products required. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is essential.
- Previous experience with SAP a plus!
