Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a solid background in construction management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Duties

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, including project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Utilize project management software such as HeavyBid and Primavera for tracking progress and managing resources.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure system design meets project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the electrical or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera and HeavyBid.
• Familiarity with system design processes related to electrical projects.
• Experience using collaboration tools like Bluebeam and ProCore for document management and communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and drive project success.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
