Qualifications are:
- At least (5) Five years automotive-quality experience

- Able to organize and prioritize work to efficiently meet deadlines
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Self Motivated, dependable, and a team player.
- ICAR Certification is preferable
- Maintain clean organized work area and follow company procedures and safety policies at all times
- Valid driver's license with few to no points on driving record
- High School Diploma/GED
- Own proper tools and equipment
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow repair order and procedures
- Work with team members and management to efficiently meet deadlines
- Fill small dents and scratches with body fillers, and smooth surfaces in order to prepare substrates for painting.
- Remove grease, dirt, paint, and rust from vehicle surfaces in preparation for paint or body filler application, using abrasives, solvents, or sandblasters.
- Adjust panels to ensure proper alignment
- Spray prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primers and finish coatings.
- Monitor repair operations in order to identify flaws such as high and low spots in the metal so that their causes can be corrected.
- Allow product to dry, and inspect for correct application and blending then touch up any spots that may have been missed.
- Inspect and correct paint flaws prior to reassembly.
- Apply logos and decals to finished products
- Maintain a clean work space
- Monitor and maintain associated supplies needed for repairs
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble all components of the repair.
- Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.'
