High Tech Genesis is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as a solid foundation in software engineering. This role requires someone who is proficient in English, both written and spoken, and can lead and mentor teams effectively.
The position focuses on leading IT and process / transformation projects rather than hands-on technical management of embedded projects.
You will lead with expertise in :
- Lead and manage IT and process / transformation projects independently, without relying on other project managers for oversight.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Develop and implement project management processes in accordance with industry standards (ISO, CMMI) and software quality certifications.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Oracle to track project progress and report on key metrics.
- Work in a services environment and achieve results with teams of 4 members.
