Program Manager - Student Services
Summary
Under the general supervision of the Director of Student Services, the Program Manager, Student Services is responsible for developing and implementing the supplemental (before and after school, school breaks, summer) extended learning program across multiple school sites. The Program Manager, Student Services will work with site level ELOP coordinators to develop and implement age-appropriate programs that include literacy enrichment, academic instructional interventions, recreational structured and unstructured play, and enrichment opportunities.
Essential Duties
- In collaboration with ELOP Site Leads and Aftercare Coordinators, develops, implements, and ensures quality outcomes for all ELOP programming before and after school hours
- Ensures program compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, state and federal requirements, and standards of quality programming and safety.
- Coordinate tutoring, homework support, and academic interventions for all students, including unduplicated students in aftercare and expanded learning programming.
- Supports ELOP Site Leads and Aftercare Coordinators with collaborative efforts on staff recruitment and programming development.
- Develops activities for implementation at school sites as well as develops procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
- In collaboration with the Director of Student Services and School Directors, develops the ELOP budget and monitors expenditures and attendance earnings to ensure adequate grant funding
- Develop marketing and outreach materials and surveys related to expanded learning programs, including inventory of needs of student and parent population in further developing the program
- With the Director of Student Services, identify and provide technical assistance, training, and professional development to expanded learning and aftercare site personnel regarding expanded learning programs and student support
- Other related duties as assigned or directed
Expanded Learning Opportunities Program
- Plan for programming, along with Aftercare Coordinators, to include at least 45 minutes daily Monday - Friday of academic programming
- Plan for programming 2nd week of spring break, 2023
- Plan for programming final week of June, 2023
- Plan for 5 weeks of summer programming June/July 2023
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Director of Student Services, support of site level ELOP coordinators and aftercare coordinators.
Education and/or Experience
- Experience as a coach, coordinator, or administrator.
- Experience in designing and delivering professional development.
- Experience working with students.

Salary
220-day contract / 8 hours per day
