What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at High Tech Machine?
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our office staff at this well-established machine shop. A friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills will be the building blocks for a successful career in this position.
As an ISO 9001 certified company, High Tech Machine provides reliable, quality machining and innovative, custom prototypes and solutions for Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Mining, Marine and other industries Worldwide. Quality and Safety are top priority at HTM.
Responsibilities for the Receptionist include :
- Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate.
- Greet visitors and applicants.
- Process daily mail.
- Maintain in-process job packets and documentation.
- Prepare delivery tickets and create invoices.
- Process paperwork for international deliveries.
- Scan and electronically file final job packets.
- Other administrative duties as requested.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. The office environment is business casual. We offer eight paid holidays each year. Paid vacation is offered after the completion of your first year with the company. Health insurance benefits are available to all full-time employees at the completion of your first 60 days of employment.
