Responsibilities:
- Possess high levels of independence
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Finding elegant solutions to difficult problems
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Take confidential payment information as well as other personal information such as address and phone number
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
