Description :
Responsible for equipment service support at customer sites :
- Maintain the system including daily monitoring, system diagnosis as required, regular tool calibrations and PMs.
- Troubleshooting and recovering the system from failure.
- Basic application support including recipe setup and optimization, defect detection and classification, hi-resolution review, defect analysis explanation.
- Customer training.
- Contact window between customer and support / research team.
- Coordinate on-site activities and logistics.
