DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function, and it includes but is not limited to :
- Manage communication between direct customers and internal teams, particularly with business operations internationally.
- Work with engineering and sales teams in Korea and other countries to win design-ins and ensure customer specifications are met at a competitive price.
- All aspects of customer support; project award efforts, NRE cost negotiations, sample quotes, PO requests, and price negotiations, AR payment follow-up.
- Meet sales targets through effective planning and budgeting.
- Conduct market research and be the voice of the customer to the company team in HQ.
- Align customer and factory needs.
- Contract negotiations.
- Participate in trade shows such as EDS (Electronics Distribution Show).
- Educate the inside sales team to become familiar with the industry ecosystem.
- Manage Sales reps (QBRs, Training, Opportunity review, buddy calls) in the region.
- Manage distribution activity (QBRs, Training, Buddy calls, etc.) in the aforementioned regions.
