Description :
Seeking a Senior MEMS Engineer to design and fabricate key modules with the SEM design engineer for the most advanced electron beam wafer / mask inspection system.
Requirements :
- MS / PhD in mechanical or electrical engineering with 3 years of MEMS technology experience.
- Thorough understanding of MEMS design as well as MEMS process, package, and manufacturing technology.
- Expert in MEMS simulation tools and creating 3D models.
- Familiarity with common MEMS / CMOS material properties.
- Knowledge of typical MEMS-CMOS interface circuitry.
- Wafer and part characterization using probe systems and test equipment.
- High energy and motivation level required to lead technology development and support a fast-growing business.
- Excellent communication in English, bilingual ability (Mandarin) is a big plus.
