About the Role
We're looking for an experienced dental hygienist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including cleanings, exams, and education
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training
- Contribute to the overall success of the practice by meeting productivity and quality standards
Requirements
- CURRENT DENTAL HYGIENIST LICENSE IN FLORIDA AND AN ASSOCIATE'S OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN DENTAL HYGIENE (WHERE REQUIRED)
- EXCELLENT WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF DENTISTRY, DENTAL HYGIENE PROCEDURES, DENTAL PATIENT SCREENING AND MEDICAL HISTORY DOCUMENTATION
- CPR CERTIFICATION
Preferred Qualifications
- ASSOCIATE'S OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN DENTAL HYGIENE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE OF 1-2 YEARS
- EXPERIENCE USING VELSCOPE, DIAGNODENT, DIGITAL SCANNER, DIGITAL X-RAYS AND ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD SYSTEMS
- DESIRE TO CONTINUE LEARNING AND GROW CLINICAL SKILLS TO MEET NEEDS OF PATIENTS AND PROVIDE PREVENTATIVE CARE AND OVERALL MAINTENANCE OF PATIENTS' DENTAL HEALTH
