What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Community Chef position at High Vista Community?
High Vista / Chestnut Mtn Golf, a private country club in Mills River, is looking for an Executive Chef to join our team. This is a full time, salaried position. The ideal candidate would be able to build & lead a small kitchen team, organize ordering and inventory, scheduling, pub menu creation and execute daily specials & special events.
Our Chef will work closely with the GM & Event Coordinator to execute menus and plan special events. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, serving lunch and dinner Wednesday-Friday and brunch/lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional hours apply on occasion for small banquet event support and off-schedule Golf lunches/cook outs.
