Compensation : 12 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities :

Follow all manufacturer specifications for vehicle system repairs to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and facilitate returning business

Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics

Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools

Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems

Create protocols for tracking diagnostic tests and repairs, acquiring necessary technical manuals, and more throughout our dealerships

Install, wire, and troubleshoot aftermarket car audio systems, amplifiers, speakers, and subwoofers.

Work with advanced technologies such as integration processors, backup cameras, and vehicle security systems.

Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems and components.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure top-notch service quality.

Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED is required

Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory

Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus

National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired

Previous experience in car audio installation or related fields is preferred but not required.

A solid understanding of vehicle electrical systems and wiring.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

A valid driver’s license.
