RN – Labor and Delivery (L&D) – Travel Assignment
Location: Houston, TX

Contract Details:
Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts (flexible, includes weekends and holidays)
Hours: 36 hrs/week

Pay Package:
W2 (Taxable): $18/hr ($648/week)
Stipend (Non-taxable): $1,396/week
Gross Weekly: $2,044/week

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and recovery
• Act as OR circulator during cesarean sections
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vitals
• Administer medications and manage labor-inducing agents
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Recent experience in Labor & Delivery
• OR circulator experience is required
• High-risk L&D, scrub nurse, or first assist experience is preferred

Certifications Required:

• ACLS
• BLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM
