Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a Med/Surg setting, including patient assessment and IV insertion.
- Administer medications and perform catheterization while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, utilizing EHR systems for documentation.
- Monitor vital signs and assist with tube feeding, ensuring optimal patient comfort and recovery.
- Maintain certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS to ensure high-quality care delivery.
