What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Manager position at High5?
We are a food manufacturer looking for someone to manage all aspects of a complex production line producing a flagship product for the company. This includes managing the Operations team (staff of 55 people per shift) as well as hiring and managing other critical roles like Continuous Improvement / Engineering, PMO, etc. as needed to make this line successful.
This production line is highly complex and as such we're looking for someone who has operated at Plant Manager level, is comfortable with that complexity and can oversee multiple functional areas and have overall accountability for the success of the line.
Requirements
- Experience with plant management in food manufacturing, ideally complex or automated food manufacturing
- Knowledge on what good looks like for a manufacturing line and how to replucate it through prior experience
- Ability to deal with complexity and multiple functional areas
