Porter - Luxury Residential Building FT M-F 11am - 7pm

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic residential Porter to assist the concierge team at a premium condominium in Fenway. To be successful in this position, the candidate will provide outstanding customer service, multitasking and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks daily.

The porter is an important role in the daily operations of a luxury residential setting. They should project a consistent image that compliments the property through appearance, service orientation, performance, and personality. Schedule: Work schedule is 11a-7p, Monday-Friday. This property is accessible via public transportation. No parking provided. Previous hospitality experience in a residential or hotel setting is preferred. This is an immediate opening.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Greet residents and their guests in a cheerful and welcoming manner
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and common areas
• Assist the concierge with the daily operation
• Contribute to resident satisfaction
• Deliver packages, groceries, etc. to residents
• Perform other additional duties specific to the location/building and upon the request of the Property Manager
• At least 3 years Customer Service experience
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must maintain a neat appearance
• Listening and verbal communication skills
