Senior Contractor - Project Management Lead
We're seeking an experienced Senior Contractor to lead a team of four mid-level project managers for our top-priority initiative in 2025. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years required for the mid-level positions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive a team of four mid-level project managers
- Manage all aspects of large-scale, complex projects from initiation to delivery
- Design and implement operational plans, monitoring progress and performance
- Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays
- Facilitate analysis of project requirements, cost estimates, and resource allocation
- Liaise with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports
- Work with stakeholders to establish priorities and meet project targets
Required Skills
Project Execution & Drive : Proven ability to manage large project plans and navigate executive-level interactions
Escalation Management : Experience in identifying and resolving critical issues
Strong Communication & Reporting : Ability to prepare and present executive decks and status reports
Technical Proficiency
Tools : JIRA, Microsoft Project, Google & Microsoft Suite
