What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager position at Highbridge Consulting LLC?
Client is looking for a Business PM not technology PM, Must have worked on projects around Consent Order, MRA, MRIA exp. This is a true PM role not an operations role.
So we are looking for people who will help execute the project not doing the operations work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide core PMO Support to centralized team and project oversight
- Drive meetings and progress on action items
- Prepare PMO deliverables
- Create / manage project plans in Microsoft Project, drive all tasks, holding stakeholders accountable
- Track dependencies and escalate risks / issues as needed
- Develop status reports and presentation materials as needed
- Ensure requirements and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated to management team.
- Ensure solutions through discussion with the Business / Stakeholders to resolve problems.
- Foster an environment that adapts quickly to creative change.
- Effectively balance the needs of the client, as well as the needs of the internal teams.
- Manage resources for each assigned project to ensure that the project remains on schedule.
- nticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking.
QUALIFICATIONS
