Job Description
· Minimum of 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies/product management, in a corporate setting
· Must have "SPC 6 certification"
· Framework agnostic - should be able to work with any Agile Framework
· Led a large, cross-domain group of stakeholders
· Need a fairly senior resource (but not too senior) who can work with both ground-level teams as well as Directors and above.
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills, specifically in a virtual environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
Job Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet Agile needs and training delivery with the organization's goals and objectives.
· Develop and maintain training resources, including SharePoint libraries, handouts, and other training resources.
· Provide feedback to the instructional design team on the effectiveness of training delivery and learning initiatives.
· Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.
· Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.
· Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams
Must to have :Experience with learning management systems and video editing tools

Education:
· Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in control systems, robotics, electronic engineering, or a related field
