Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to the creation of a comprehensive end-to-end solution with accountabilities for the technical delivery of the system, focusing on large to complex coding of projects.
• Hands-on experience with design and debugging skills.
• JAVA development experience and deep proven experience with coding, understanding dependencies between different layers of the solution that work in tandem to fulfill business needs.
• Perform complex to difficult technical tasks independently and coach the team.
• Extensive knowledge of the business, technical environment, SDLC processes, procedures, various programming languages, and operating systems; become a subject matter expert in several aspects of the business / technology.
• Continuously solicit and incorporate new practices leading to better-quality code delivery.
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations in a business context.
