Job Responsibilities :

  • Partner with client delivery lead and product owners to review requirements and user stories, determining a roadmap for delivery.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate solution feasibility and make recommendations.
  • Review and analyze program specifications to assess the effort required for changes.
  • Lead source code and data migration activities for identified projects.
  • Guide team members on tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to testing procedures and validation steps.
  • Analyze COBOL, CICS, JCL, and IMS changes required for the project, making code changes and supporting the team to meet delivery timelines.

Skills and Experience Required :

  • 10 years of experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, IMS.
  • 10 years of experience in designing, programming, and architecture in a mainframe environment.
  • 10 years of experience with RMDS / EXPEDITER / File-Aid for IMS / DB2.
  • 5 years of experience managing Technical Staff.
  • 3 years of experience in AS400 / iSeries.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in Mainframe Modernization and Migration projects.
  • Experience in MQ and Z / OS connect integration for API services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to establish a roadmap for operational improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and strong project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well in an enterprise-wide, large-scale matrix environment.
  • Healthcare domain background with sound knowledge of Medical Claims and Adjudication process.
  • Experienced in Agile methodology and leading a Scrum team.

    • Desired :

  • 2 years of Scrum Master experience.
  • 3 years of development experience in AS400 / iSeries.
  • Experience in AWS services like Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB.
