Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manually testing software applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring the highest quality standards before product release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and create comprehensive, well-structured test cases.
- Execute manual test cases and document test results.
- Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and supporting screenshots/logs.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members.
- Participate in requirement review and design review meetings.
- Maintain and update test documentation based on product updates.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation.
