Job Description
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, philosophy or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of curiosity, proactiveness, and a self-starter
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to learn.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems, including data extraction, analytics, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and machine learning.
- Understanding basic statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- The position is an Austin-based, onsite role.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven solutions.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers.
