Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and implement scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and BI solutions for actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor BI/Data Engineering teams, managing offshore collaboration.
- Oversee data integration, ETL pipelines, and governance for data consistency and security.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and scalable BI solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, drive automation, and ensure compliance with data security standards.
- Translate business needs into effective BI solutions, optimizing performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 10 years in BI/Data Engineering with expertise in Microsoft BI (SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI, SSRS, SSAS).
- Strong experience in ETL, data warehousing, Power BI development (DAX, Power Query), and Azure Data Factory/Synapse.
- Skilled in dimensional modeling, performance tuning, and stakeholder communication.
