Job Title: React JS Architect

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Initial Two Months of Remote)

Project Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced React JS Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern digital web applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep expertise in React JS and related front-end technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain digital platforms that meet enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers, UI developers, service engineers, and integration teams for end-to-end solution implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure front-end best practices.
• Debug and address UI performance issues and ensure optimal user experience.
• Conduct code reviews, quality checks, defect analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, NFRs, and performance benchmarks.
• Potential travel may be required as per job demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience will be considered.
• 12 years of experience in front-end technologies and responsive web design.
• 6 years of hands-on experience leading ReactJS implementations.

Technical Skills:

• ReactJS and Next.js (deep understanding of components, rendering, server actions, routing).
• JavaScript, OOP, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model.
• CSS, SCSS, HTML5, Redux, Context API, React Hooks API.
• Experience with cross-platform React Native mobile applications.
• Node.js, GraphQL, Apollo Client.
• Micro front-end architecture and design.
• Awareness and usage of UI-specific performance testing tools.
• DevOps, pipelines, and deployment experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Spring Boot and Java-based microservices development and integrations.
• Familiarity with the retail domain is a plus.
