Job Description:

Experience: 10-14 years !!!

Managing cross functional delivery teams

Proficient in API and UI automation tools

Own the test initiative on technical aspects

Perform requirement analysis and solution design

Define strategies roadmaps and or solution approach

Perform database analysis within the application area to derive key data required to be integrated in the framework architecture

Help customer achieve critical project milestones or handle complex situations

Scope and estimate the test automation effort

Provide technical leadership and perform effective code reviews

Focus on both schedule and quality

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Core Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test framework development and test solutions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. This role requires a deep understanding of Core Java concepts, automation tools, and best practices, along with an understanding of software testing methodologies. Candidates with a strong Java development background and basic testing skills are also encouraged to apply.

**Must-Have Skills:**

- **Programming Skills:** Strong proficiency in Core Java, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, Exception handling, Collections framework, Multithreading and concurrency, and Reflections.

- **Testing Skills:** Extensive experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium. Experience in automation of Web, Mobile & API. Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

**Good-to-Have Skills:**

- Experience with other test automation tools such as Appium, Javascript, Groovy, or JUnit.

- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and services.

- Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.

**Soft Skills:**

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with geographically dispersed teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
