Highbrow has a craft cannabis edibles kitchen that is growing and looking to add to our team. We are currently looking for production kitchen assistants experienced in the production of craft cannabis edibles.

Job Overview
Highbrow is seeking Production Team Members to join our operations team and help create our premium cannabis-infused beverages and edibles. In this role, you'll work on our kitchen production floor to meet customer demand while ensuring all products meet Highbrow’s rigorous quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate can work 8–10-hour shifts in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. They are proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changes in the production process.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control tasks.
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and quantities
- Operate production machinery, including fillers, and labelers.
- Assemble and package cases of beverages, including multipack configurations.
- Operate equipment like the bottling line machine for handle application.
- Fill, clean, and label bottles for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces at all times.
- Document and communicate mechanical or process issues to supervisors.
- Occasionally represent the Highbrow brand at events like product launches or festivals.
- Other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in packaging, production, or beverage manufacturing (cannabis industry experience is a bonus).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven success in high-volume production roles.
- Interest in machine operations; forklift experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work day and night shifts with occasional overtime.
- Ability to repeatedly lift objects up to 55 lbs. and move items up to 150 lbs.
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, or loud conditions for extended periods.
- Flexible availability based on seasonal production demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
