- NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking a QA Analyst to join our team of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and web developers.
- This staffer will assist in testing web applications for SharePoint solutions M365 integrations to ensure functionality, usability, and web accessibility.
- They'll also assist in basic troubleshooting for end-users.
- They'll create and execute test cases, document results, and report defects while collaborating with developers to validate fixes.
- Additionally, they'll assist in analyzing business requirements to refine testing strategies and ensure alignment with user needs.
- Responsibilities include documenting test plans, tracking issues, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing feedback to improve system functionality.
- You will also help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation (especially in dashboards and their connected systems) to support end users.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of web technologies are essential.
- This role is needed in the web systems team due to the increase in work efforts from the NCDOT / NCDMV customers who demand fast turnarounds and high-quality / low-error functionality.
