Key Responsibilities
- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 5-10 luxury residential projects simultaneously, ensuring each project adheres to HIGHCO Builders' standards of excellence.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Supervisors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Select, manage, and nurture relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes, conducting final inspections to ensure impeccable craftsmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Schedule and Budget Oversight: Develop and manage master schedules and budgets for all projects, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and building officials.
- Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability practices (LEED, COTE).
- Resource Management: Oversee the corporate yard, warehouse operations, equipment management, and delivery teams.
- Performance Management: Track project progress, monitor employee performance, and implement bonus and reward programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project estimators, engineers, and the permitting team to ensure seamless project execution.
